[hpsdr] HPSDRBootloader and MercuryEU update

Dave,

thank you for your fast answer and the HPSDRProgrammer v1.6. It works
like a charm with MercuryEU!

The reason why the new HPSDRBootloader v2.0.4.0 does not work with
MercuryEU is that this software does not offer the possibility to select
the necessary JTAG Program File: MercuryEURev1_JTAG.rbf. As you have
written, the new version selects the JTAG file
automaticcally :Mercury_JTAG.rbf, which is the one defined for the TAPR
Mercury board.

To program the MercuryEU via METIS following procedure should be
followed:

1. Download HPSDRProgrammer v.1.6  at:

http://openhpsdr.org/downloads/programs/release/windows/HPSDRProgrammer-v1.6-win32.zip

2. Download MercuryEURev1_JTAG.rbf at:
     http://www.hpsdr.eu/ >> "Firmware für die Baugruppen" >>
Mercury-EU_Rev1_JTAG.rbf

3. Download Mercury_3.4.rbf at
     http://openhpsdr.org/download.php >> "Firmware files for HPSDR
Boards" >> Mercury_3.4.rbf

4. Place Metis on Atlas and put it into JTAG mode by setting jumper JP1

5. Place MercuryEU on Atlas and set jumper "Last JTAG"

6. Start HPSDRProgrammer v.1.6 with administrator rights 
     - Select "Metis Boot Loader" 
     - Select "JTAG Programmer"
     - Browse for JTAG Program File: Mercury-EU_Rev1_JTAG.rbf
     - Browse for Flash Program File: Mercury_3.4.rbf
     - Click "Program" and wait and smile until finished.

I hope this will help our EU-nerds to update successfully the MercuryEU
board.

To update all the TAPR-boards the new version of HPSDRProgrammer
v.2.0.4.0 suits our needs perfectly!

Dave, maybe you will have some time to add the MercuryEU programming to
the next HPSDRProgrammer version.
Nevertheless, many thanks to the great work you have done and all the
enormous time amount you have spent for the HPSDR community!
