Hi Tony.

No problem, it is shorted through the output transformer and that is right.

Just follow the Munin2 Bias settings:  
http://k9ivb.net/munin2/Munin2_Bias_Setup_08-18-2013.pdf.

Then you are ready to connect it to your exciter and adjust the drive  
levels for 100W output (or near that) on all bands.
