[hpsdr] Mic alc and level readings

I believe I found the problem, my Atom ran out of horse power.
Combo of latest RX2 and firmware is over taxing the processor.
Users could hear pop in audio every 3 seconds or so and I could see it in panadaptor on tx,
Will use i7 laptop for JOTA this weekend and be looking for new shack PC.
