[hpsdr] programming MercuryEU via Metis

Hi Georg, 

You can not load the MercuryEU board using the actual HPSDRBootloader (v.2.xx)

MercuryEU requires a modified (recompiled) firmware code e.g. MercuryEU v.3.4.rbf. HPSDRBootloader loads both , the MercuryEU v.3.4.rbf code and the original MercuryJTAG.rbf code which doesn't fit to the different FPGA pinassignment of MercuryEU. 

Previous versions HPSDRProgrammer e.g.  v.1.6 could be used to load MercuryEU. This version offered a choice to select both the firmware version.rbf file and the JTAG.rbf file. ( MercuryEU JTAG.rbf. file).

We could kindly ask the HPSDRProgrammers to get this option too in the HPSDRBootloader v.2.xx version .
