[hpsdr] How to connect to the Hermes Lite server at Kf7O....

Hi All,

If you have been trying to connect to the KF7O Hermes Lite receiver to 
try it out, there has been a problem that I can't ping the napan.ca 
server from it because of a blacklist problem or something similar.   
That makes it not show up in the server list from glsdr or QtRadio.  You 
can still connect to it by selecting the IP manually which is 
74.85.89.174.  I'll be working to find out what the issue is in the mean 
time.
