[hpsdr] 0 ohm Resistor Placement and troubleshooting a Hermes 5v Power issue

Hi Dave.

They are already shorted on the board so 0 Ohm resistors are not needed.  
But they do no harm anyway!

I placed 0ohm resistors R77,87,R131,R132,R133,R135,R136,137

Looking at the image on K9IVB's site I'm thinking these resistors should  
not be on the board? Can anyone confirm?
