Hello Warren,

 

If this is the first time that you have installed PowerSDR then you can
ignore the instruction. The software will create virgin files, and that is
what is required. If you already have an earlier version of PowerSDR
installed then you will need to remove the mentioned files and allow the
software to recreate the files afresh.
