[hpsdr] Hermes PCB

It's not easy but I know quite a few folks had soldered the Hermes.

the sense of accomplishment can't be bought from Apache ;)

too bad the blank PCBs are not available for purchase.  This is a bit
contrary to what was initially advertised, IIRC.
