[hpsdr] Jeremy's Wireshark Plugin for HPSDR

Hi Everyone,

I found it was a pain to modify all the build files to compile Jeremy's 
wireshark plugin for hpsdr.  In case any of you want a quicker path to 
buiding it, I put a tar file of the modified wireshark source on my web 
page 
<http://people.wallawalla.edu/%7ERob.Frohne/Hermes/wireshark-1.10.2.tar.gz>.  
You can do the following to build it:

$ autoreconf -i
$ ./configure
$ make
$ sudo make install
