With test versions v3.9 I get 75 watts out on 10M with the lowest PA spinner setting of 41.5. I got the same results with the previous test v3.7 and 3.8 code.

I also retried v3.7 and can get 100 watts out on 10M with a spinner setting of 43. However, as you observed, the power output is not steady and fluctuates when you hit TUN. I also hear a whining with the fluctuation on 6M.

I could switch between all 4 programs with the HPSDR Programmer.

Les and Mike, 

I would appreciate it if you would test these two versions of Angelia code for me to see how they work for you on 10m Tx.  Both give me 101W output on 10m and look just fine on my 100D.  They load fine using HPSDR Programmer.
