[hpsdr] Win 7 64-bit PowerSDR problems

PowerSDR_mRX_V3.2.1.0_Setup, when run on Win 7 64-bit,  briefly pops up 
a window that displays many lines saying something like "The system 
cannot find the file specified".

Then, when PSDR is run, the GUI seems to act normally, and Ethernet 
activity looks normal, but Panadapter updates are irregular and several 
seconds apart.  There is no audio, or perhaps a sequence of very short 
slices ("pops")

Any suggestions for making PSDR work on Win 7 64-bit will be greatly 
appreciated.
