[hpsdr] Hermes Breakout Board Documentation

John W9DDD announced a couple of weeks ago that TAPR was beginning 
shipping on the Hermes J16 breakout board project 
(http://www.tapr.org/hermes_breakout.html).

I've now updated and completed the documentation for the kit.  It's at 
http://www.febo.com/pages/hpsdr/hermes_breakout/index.html.  If you see 
any errors, or have any questions when you're assembling/using the 
board, please let me know.  (Note that the schematic, jumper settings, 
and some parts positioning have changed from what I had up on the web 
page earlier.)
