[hpsdr] PowerSDR ZZPA CAT command

Can anyone tell me the functionality of the ZZPA CAT command (set/read
preamp setting)in OpenHPSDR version of PowerSDR for Hermes/Angelia?
Specifically, can it be used to set the value of S-ATT?

The background for this is that I'm finding that occasionally after
transmitting, PSDR is leaving the receiver in an attenuated state and not
restoring S-ATT to 0.  I'd like to program a macro so I can quickly restore
S-ATT to 0 if ZZPA can do this.
