[hpsdr] 20W amplifier on EB104.ru

Hi Conrad,
The 20W PA uses a single MRF150 and it's also the driver part of the
300W PA.

The BPF works fine with Hermes using the open collector outputs from
hermes J16.

There is at least one guy running Hermes + eb104.ru BPF + 300W PA/LPF
under PowerSDR with the full 300W on all HF bands with great reports.
Here I am waiting on a replacement high voltage capacitor for C7 of the
20W section to get mine running at 300W, hopefully under ghpsdr3-alex
until the new version of cuSDR is released.

Without the higher voltage C7, the MRF150 dies above 20m. The
alternative to replacing C7 is to ask for one built with the SD2931
instead of the MRF150. eb104.ru may have already made those mods as they
have been made aware of the problem and the suggested mods have come
from them.
Victor said that they used the MRF150 to use up their stock.

http://www.qsl.net/k5bcq/Kits/Kits.html does a 20W Class A PA that does
up to 6m but it needs ~1W input and works really well.
73 ... Sid.
