Joe,

It did discover Angelia 2.7 after I saw "! board found". What bothers me is that I did not see the programming status messages.

I may not have power cycled. Do we have to power cycle when upgrading or downgrading with HPSDRProgrammer?

Mike, are you doing a FULL POWER cycle on the rig between HPSDRProgrammer and other operations? Maybe you are leaving it powered on and that is why discovery did not find it after the upgrade/downgrade.
