[hpsdr] ANAN-100D 10m power output

Mike, 

I achieve 100W out on 10m with a spinner setting of 45.0 when using v2.7.  Further, while the power out is steady on an external power meter the PowerSDR meter fluctuates from about 95W to 100W; suggesting to me that there is some kind of instability in v2.7.  

This was not the case with v2.8.  

I must say that I have not a clue at the moment why the difference, as the Verilog code between the two firmware versions is identical except for the minor change to the EEPROM comm which simply permits a faster (and more proper, in fact) erase procedure in v2.8 relative to v2.7.  The EEPROM code is not used in normal operation of the radio, only in firmware loading.  

I’ll investigate this further because the two firmware versions should behave identically as far as radio operations are concerned, but certainly don’t seem to for some peculiar reason I don’t understand presently.
