[hpsdr] PowerSDR v3.2.1 released - indexerror

Hello,

first, a Happy New Year 2014 and all the best to everybody on this list! 
Thanks to all contributors to HPSDR.

I updated my system win7 with PowerSDR version 3.2.1.0. Now I get 
following error when starting PowerSDR:
GetState()System.IndexOutOfRangeException. The index was out of range of 
the array in PowerSDR.Console.GetState().

Updating PowerSDR in a windows XP system environment, PowerSDR is 
running without any problem.

Any idea?
