[hpsdr] PowerSDR_mRX_PS 3.2.7 release

I believe the answer to this is no.  3.2.7 is installed in a different root
and coexists with 3.2.1 - separate databases.

This also means your old mRX shortcut still points to 3.2.1.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.
