[hpsdr] data acquisition option for PowerSDR mRX PS v3.2.7.0

Hi Erik, 

Thanks for the note and kind words.  I have received a number of positive responses as feedback to the option in fact.  I’m pleased to see that it’s proving useful to others besides myself.  

I notice that this went to the public reflector; Doug W5WC will certainly see it.  As the principal custodian of the HPSDR PowerSDR releases I’m sure he will put some thought into perhaps including the RA option on the next public PowerSDR release if there’s sufficient public interest.  We’ll see what Doug's thinking is on the possibility.
