Oops! search turned up conrad.com for Jetson TK1 and didn't notice it 
actually brought up the UDOO which is not in the same class.

A much cheaper board is the ODROID-U3.
I am running ghpsdr3-alex on a ODROID-U3 on the internet now with 
hpsdr-server, dspserver and QtRadio. At 69.95 euro from pollin.de, 
quad-core A9 1.7GHz, faster CPU than the Jetson TK1 but uses openGL 2.0 
rather than CUDA and openGL 4.4 and only 4 GPGPU cores.

With cuSDR32 I had to covert all sources files with qreal to double
find . -type f -print0 | xargs -0 sed -i 's/qreal/double/g'

Where I am stuck is with GL headers, something incompatible with the 
mali400 headers that replace the mesa headers, 
src/GL/cusdr_oglDisplayPanel.cpp is where it errors out.
