[hpsdr] Mercury-EU with Alex-RX

Hi Doug,
Thanks for your message. Finally, it was a simpler thing ;-)
I got my HPSDR used. Former owner had used a linear PS... but that liner
PS has only a 5V output!. So it was OK for Mercury-EU and Metis alone,
but not so to manage Alex, which needs also the +12Vdc rail.
