[hpsdr] Orion_v2.5 firmware

Orion_v2.5 firmware package is available for download from 

http://www.k5so.com/HPSDR_downloads.html

This version adds support of ADC overflow alerting for ADC2 and ADC3.  This new feature required modifications to PowerSDR, which Doug has kindly provided.  Until such time as the new PowerSDR program incorporating this new feature is made available on the OpenHPSDR downloads page you may use a "pre-release” executable version of PowerSDR mRX PS v3.2.15 (6/11/14), available from this temporary dropbox link:

Note that no install program is yet available for this PowerSDR version; simply download the folder from the dropbox link and run the PowerSDR.exe file.  

A corresponding firmware release for Angelia that adds ADC overflow altering for ADC2 will be prepared and announced shortly.
