[hpsdr] New Hermes code available V2.9

A new version of Hermes FPGA code is available – V2.9.  This fixes a number of bugs in yesterday’s V2.8.   The code is here:

Please note that this code is for  Hermes boards that use the Alex filter boards.    An announcement will be made on the Apache-labs mailing list when a version for other than Alex boards is available.

Since CW is now generated in the FPGA you will no longer see the CW transmit signal on the Panadapter or Waterfall unless you have DUP or RX2 selected. 

A new release of PowerSDR that supports Hermes V2.9 will be announced shortly.
