[hpsdr] CW in the latest FPGA code release

All,
Just a couple of comments in relation to the new CW code that we have recently released.
1. If you turn the sidetone volume down to zero then you will hear the receiver audio whilst transmitting instead. This is a test mode we are using whilst working on reducing receiver latency.
2. The sidetone is generated completely in the FPGA and is not sent to PowerSDR. We have done this to ensure absolutely zero latency between key press and the sidetone appearing. In which case there is no facility to pass the sidetone to other programs etc. If you are not connecting your key directly to the radio, e.g. for remote operation, then you will need to generate sidetone locally using perhaps an external keyer.
In general the feedback regarding the new CW code appears to be positive. Thanks to those who are assisting others with the various teething problems.
