Hi,

 

an interesting approach for a Full-Duplex mode using novel analogue and
digital cancellation techniques  is described in

A WIFI test application (80 MHz bandwidth) delivers 110 dB self-interference
cancellation. Smaller bandwidths like LTE(20 MHz) or possible even 'narrow'
ham applications might simplify the cancellation issue.
