[hpsdr] Supercomputing for Everyone

Hi Al,
For the better part of a week I had ghpsdr3-alex running on the 
Parallella-16 under Ubuntu 14.04 and accessible over the internet using 
Hermes + eb104.ru BPF + 300W PA/LPF boards. I'll probably put it up gain 
in a day or two.

I had a problem building ghpsdr-Qt, never got back to look further.

With cuSDR32 I had to do a global replace of "qreal" with "double" then 
I run into a problem with GL header files that I have not yet solved. I 
tried GL, GLES and GLES2 in INCPATH.
find . -type f -print0 | xargs -0 sed -i 's/qreal/double/g'
