Hi Conrad

I have made the same experience: I recently wanted to order an angelia 
board from India.
After a lengthy back and forth, they told me, that I have to order the 
material from Germany.
The price from Germany ist 20% above the price from India (including 
transportation, fees for paypal etc!!!)


In these times, where the internet allows world wide delivery without 
problem, I don't understand this behavior. I also have not followed this 
dictate and resigned from the order.
