[hpsdr] Metis 2.7

Many thanks Joe,  "Bypass Firmware Check" on the Setup > HPSDR menu leads to
hang-up of PowerSDR - of course always repowering HPSDR after a new
setup/config . Played with various options like "Full Network Discovery", "
En/Disable Static IP Address" but no success. Setup here W7, connection via
EN switch, Metis has static IP address. Will try 2morow direct connection.
