[hpsdr] Apache no longer ship direct to the UK

Remember when people from the UK used to buy their cars on the 
Continent, drive them back and save big time?

Perhaps a group buy with buyers paying for someone's trip to India to 
bring back a few or three ANAN's - well worth it no doubt.
