[hpsdr] a VNA reflection bridge from China

 It looks like the seller increased the price from $19 to $55 after at
least ten of them were ordered on March 4th, presumably by HPSDR
enthusiasts :)  At $55 I'm not sure this is such a great bargain anymore.
