[hpsdr] Revised VNA Bridge Files [U Build]

OSH PARK is awesome!

They took over where BatchPCB.com  (aka SparkFun.com) left off.  They
 aggregate small PCB designs into larger panels, have them fab'ed (I don't
know where, sparkfun used goldphoenixpbc.com in China, I don't think OSH
does), then de-panel and send the boards out to you (price is $5/square
inch for 3 boards -- 3 board minimum).

Turn time here in the US is about 1 week.  I live in the same town (yeah!)
So if order on Monday, I get my boards by the middle of the next week.
 Don't know how they handle international orders.

I love the service, and have been sending about 1 design a month to them
for prototypes before I do larger runs at goldphoenix

They also do 4 layer boards for $10/sq inch (what deal)
