[hpsdr] Hermes Reset

Tony, I don't know how to reset hermes but maybe the following will help.
With Powersdr the discover function for the IP adress works terrible in 
my case.
Kiss console, cusdr, hdsdr extio finds hermes in a second and keeps 
working but with powersdr it frequently
takes many minutes to find hermes and if you press any button powersdr 
hangs.
This also happens sometimes spontaneously.

What I did is the following, I noted the assigned IP address of hermes 
and put this as a fixed IP in powersdr.
Since that time no problems at all any more. You don't need to program a 
fixed IP address in Hermes, if on the same pc
it gets the same address assigned all the time.

I have a laptop with more or less the same specs as your system and it 
works ok, the max FFT size gives fragmented audio
but thats a processor issue not memory.
