[hpsdr] New Metis code available

Phil,

No success here. PowerSDR v.3.2.9 (2/23/14) returned with a pop-up window
saying wrong firmware, listing Metis 2.7, Mercury 3.4 Penny 1.8. So I
Returned to Metis 2.6b. Any further steps I missed?
