[hpsdr] USB Blaster Suggestions

Hi Dave,

Some ebay links for a USB blasters from China, for Programming Hermes 
(eeprom) that works for me.
(I just had to use him again, after 1,5 year, to program bootloader, and 
it still worked h.i...)
