[hpsdr] Hermes upgrade to V2.6 - good results

Tom,

Sounds interesting.   What are you sending that is so wide?

I look at hermes often and think of it like a very general toolset for rf.  Lots of ideas start with...."I wonder if I could use the hermes hardware for this?"
