Hi Frank,
The SFLC https://www.*softwarefreedom*.org/ takes such cases on board.
They try to resolve issues amicably but is prepared to take non-GPL 
compliance cases to court on behalf of authors such as yourself should 
the offender not comply with the license.

They have represented Busybox and intiated action against Cisco, Hy_Gain 
Antennas and many others.
In most cases they are settled before going to court.
