[hpsdr] Flradio, etc - it no compile?

I've downloaded the source versions of flradio, flrig, and fldigi.

For fldigi-3.21.83-sdr.1.0.4.tgz
tar -zxvf fldigi-3.21.83-sdr.1.0.4.tgz
cd fldigi-3.21.83
./configure
configure: error: cannot find install-sh, install.sh, or shtool in 
build-aux "."/build-aux

For frig-1.3.17-sdr.1.0.2.tgz
tar -zxvf frig-1.3.17-sdr.1.0.2.tgz
cd flrig-1.3.17
./configure
configure: error: cannot find sources (src/main.cxx) in . or ..

Any suggestions??
