[hpsdr] Cheap guy mic.

hi all,
I'm running a Radio Shack Condenser mic mounted in an old case. on my HERMES and getting good reports. The mic is the 3 wire type. Later I added a .0047uf cap in series with the audio lead to give the 10 band EQ better control of the low end.  I also took some ESD foam and made a wind screen that works well.
