[hpsdr] A new Hermes Variant

Dear Group,

While searching for hermes and VNA, I stumbled upon this.
This guy has modified the hermes design and added some cool things. He
calls it lunaris (Greeky name). Pretty comfortable on price too. Worth a
look.
