This one is made by David Fainitski in Israel. Sorry, I don't know the
author's call sign or the price.  I believe he still experiments with the
layouts. But he cranks up several different SDR versions almost every
month.  A very high productivity guy.  He should probably be part of the
HPSDR team :)
