[hpsdr] No audio with PowerSDR 3.2.19

Hi Andy,

I had a 8 Ohm car radio speaker that I hooked to Hermes (on the 
multipin connector on the back) and it produces more audio than I 
want!  I have to keep the Master Audio Level on Hermes very low or 
the audio is too loud.  I think if you try that it will work fine for 
you until you get the audio running to the PC speakers.
