[hpsdr] PowerSDR Radio Astronomy

Hi Georg, 

I just tested the RA utility here and it works fine to write data to a file, as you say, and also to read a data file into the RA display, as usual.  Do you have the X-axis min/max values set so that they cover the time range that exists in the particular data file you’re reading?
