[hpsdr] PowerSDR Radio Astronomy

Hello Joe,

I am using version v3.2.19(8/29/14). Writing a file is correct. I can 
retrieve it with excell. With the RA utility it schows correctly the 
average points collected but no visual representation of measurements. 
The scaling mode is automatic.
The OS is win7. I took an random signal (TTY on 40m).
