[hpsdr] Advanced (SDR) products

It is a real shame that none (or very few) of these entry level pc-hosted
analyzers offer a tracking generator. I do of course understand that many
applications do not require it, but for amateur radio use I have rarely
used a spectrum analyzer where the tracking gen was not employed.
