[hpsdr] KISS Konsole on Ubuntu 14.04

Hi Jae,
Running KissKonsole installed from KissKonsole.msi under Crossover 
Office (CXO) was just a trial to see if it would work.

My only reason for using CXO was colleagues' insistence that they needed 
to run various MS apps under Linux, also corporate email moved to Lotus 
Notes for email.

I tried building PowerSDR with Mono some years back, it failed so I 
didn't try again.
