[hpsdr] Updated KISS Konsole for Cross-platform Execution

I've had a couple of questions on how to apply the patch. Here is my
recommended approach

First checkout KK from the Tapr repostiory as follows:

$ svn co
http://svn.tapr.org/repos_hpsdr_kiss/trunk/StableRelease/KK_Unified/Latest

Then from the "Latest" directory run:

 svn patch /path/to/patch/kiss.patch

You should see something like this:
U         SharpDSP/SharpDSP/SharpDSP.csproj
U         Unified/AlexUserControl.Designer.cs
U         Unified/AlexUserControl.resx
U         Unified/Form1.cs
U         Unified/Form1.Designer.cs
A         Unified/IPInfoTools.cs
U         Unified/KISS Konsole Unified.sln
U         Unified/KISS Konsole.csproj
U         Unified/KKCSV.cs
U         Unified/Setupform.Designer.cs
U         Unified/Setupform.resx

Then you should be good to go on compiling. This is a SVN unified patch,
which is different than the normal "patch" command.

Note: If you have trouble with the HPSDR_USB_LIB_V1 reference, you may need
to select it from the the references section from the Debug directory. I
didn't really spend much time with this library.
