[hpsdr] Configuring an Ubuntu Linux system.

Jim,
I have a Dell 600m laptop with a Pentium M processor @ 1.8ghz and 2
mb of Ram. Installed Ubuntu 14.04 LTS operating system and then
installed mono and KISS Konsole for use with my ANAN-100D SDR. The
computer struggles to run Kiss Konole under mono. No way it could ever
handle PowerSDR if it was ever ported to Linux.
