[hpsdr] Penny boards

I looked at both schematics and wonder if the DAC amplitude control could be duplicated with an RC integrator off the FPGA PWM output. The new configuration uses an op amp buffer. Maybe the old board could be modified and resold as upgraded for a fair price to cover the return discount and modification. Frank WA1GFZ
