[hpsdr] PowerSDR ADC overload

Hello,

Just finished my Hermes Lite.  Although it 'appears' to work, I am seeing an
ADC overload message flashing between red and
yellow just below the waterfall.

The Lite is also not receiving, although the 'noise' seems consistent with a
disconnected antenna.  Some noise spikes reach
about -115.

I have double-checked solder joints and transformers T1 and T2.

Can someone tell me what the overload message means, and what I should do
about it?

BTW, I have a flashing led8, DHCP is fine, and lots of data is getting sent
to the computer via the Ethernet switch.
When PowerSDR is running, I have leds 4,5,6,7 on steady.
