Glen,

Since Hermes-Lite does not have an audio codec, you need to use software
that supports local audio output on the PC.

cudaSDR extends cuSDR to support local audio to support receivers such as
Hermes-Lite and rtl_hpsdr. https://github.com/n1gp/cudaSDR
